You want force feedback, plug-and-play perfection, or reliable rudder control. A modern $40 Logitech Extreme 3D Pro will outperform the Cyborg 3D in every measurable way on Windows 10.
For a certain generation of PC gamers, the Saitek Cyborg 3D was the stick. With its adjustable head, folding hinge, and distinctive metallic-red trigger, it looked like it belonged in a mech cockpit. Released around the turn of the millennium, it was a marvel of late-90s/early-00s industrial design.
If you search Saitek’s or Logitech’s support site, you will find drivers for the Cyborg 3D Gold and the Cyborg 3D Rumble Force – but these are for older OSes (Windows XP/Vista/7). Attempting to force-install these on Windows 10 typically results in an "Operating System not supported" error, or worse, a blue screen due to unsigned kernel-mode drivers.
