If you never plan to mod your Vita → Update to 3.73 (or stay on any 3.7x). If you want emulators, plugins, SD2Vita, or backups → Avoid 3.73 and downgrade to 3.60 or 3.65. One critical note for collectors / resellers: A Vita on 3.60 with enso is worth significantly more than one on 3.73. Don’t update if resale value matters.
