Fix Samsung Ml-2160 23: Printer Toner Reset Firmware

This process is typically required when the printer shows "Replace Toner" or "Toner Empty" even though the cartridge still has toner, or after refilling a cartridge. Samsung (now owned by HP) released firmware updates that block third-party or refilled cartridges. To reset toner levels, you must downgrade to an older version of the firmware (version V3.00.01.35 or earlier).
