Predict and eliminate porosity, shrinkage, misruns, cracks, and warpage before the first mold is poured. Optimize gating and feeding, cut material waste, and validate designs faster with physics-accurate simulation.

PoligonSoft is an all-in-one Casting Simulation Software based on the Finite Element Method (FEM). The system integrates three physics solvers for comprehensive analysis of casting processes:
Hydrodynamic Analysis: Models mold filling dynamics to predict flow patterns, identify potential mold erosion zones, and detect possible misruns.
Thermal Analysis: Simulates heat transfer during solidification and cooling phases to predict shrinkage porosity formation and optimize gating/feeding systems.
Stress Analysis: Computes thermo-mechanical stresses and strains to evaluate hot tearing susceptibility, residual stresses, and dimensional stability.
The integrated solver architecture enables simulation of conventional and specialized casting processes, providing quantitative data for process optimization and defect prevention throughout the entire production cycle.

Their first product isn't glamorous: a lightweight (NME) that helps legacy telecom towers talk to modern billing systems. At the time, industry giants like Ericsson and Huawei dominate. But Mobisoft targets the gaps—the "unprofitable" edge networks in emerging markets.
In the hyper-competitive telecom hub of the UAE, a small, agile firm—Mobisoft Telesolutions FZE—proves that when the giants see obstacles, the smart see opportunities. Part 1: The Foundation (2018) The story begins not in a gleaming Dubai high-rise, but in a shared office space in Sharjah’s Hamriyah Free Zone. Two former network engineers— Zayan Malik , a pragmatic problem-solver from India, and Lina Hassan , a Lebanese-American software architect—found Mobisoft Telesolutions FZE with $50,000 and a single belief: Telecom infrastructure should be software-defined, not hardware-choked. mobisoft telesolutions fze
The Signal Behind the Sandstorm
A major UAE-based telecom holding company (patterned after e& or du) runs a secret pilot. The result: 40% lower operational costs, 99.99% network uptime. Mobisoft wins its first seven-figure contract. Success brings a crisis. A state-owned enterprise in Southeast Asia demands an impossible feature: real-time RAN (Radio Access Network) slicing for emergency services during monsoon floods. Their in-house team says "6 months." Mobisoft says "10 days." Their first product isn't glamorous: a lightweight (NME)
The client’s CEO calls them "the Navy SEALs of telecom software." Fast-forward to 2026. Mobisoft Telesolutions FZE is no longer a scrappy startup. It now occupies two floors in a Dubai Silicon Oasis innovation hub. Its client list includes 14 mobile network operators across MEA and South Asia. Revenue has grown 18x since 2021. The first version of the PoligonSoft casting simulation software, initially named SAM LP 'Poligon,' was developed in 1989 at the Central Research Institute of Materials (CIM, St. Petersburg) by order of the Ministry of Defense Industry.
It was the world's first commercial software package to implement a mathematical model for calculating microporosity. PoligonSoft has since been successfully adopted by aerospace industry enterprises, where stringent casting quality standards are required.
For over 30 years, the casting simulation software has continuously evolved, integrating extensive expertise and knowledge from leading institutes and numerous companies in Russia and abroad.
In July 2009, the PoligonSoft development team joined CSoft Development.
