The Xiaomi Watch S1 is a premium smartwatch that blends classic watch design with modern fitness tracking. However, like any sophisticated device, it can occasionally encounter software glitches, slow performance, or connectivity issues. When basic troubleshooting fails, a hard reset (also known as a factory reset) is the ultimate solution.

Open the Mi Fitness app on your paired smartphone.

Scroll through the Settings menu and tap on System .

Scroll down and tap Unpair device or Factory reset (wording may vary by app version).

Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the Quick Settings panel , then tap the gear icon (Settings). Alternatively, press the crown to open the app list and find the Settings app.

Tap on the Device tab (usually located at the bottom of the screen).

The watch will display a warning message: “Erase all data and reset?” Read the warning carefully.

Tap the green checkmark (✓) to confirm, or the red X to cancel.
