A submenu will appear asking for confirmation. Select "Yes – delete all user data" or similar. The device will execute the reset, displaying a series of Linux-based commands (e.g., “Formatting /data...”). This takes approximately 10–20 seconds.
Hold the Power/Lock button on the right side of the device until the "Power off" option appears. Select it. If the phone is frozen, remove the battery for 10 seconds, then reinsert it. Do not power the phone back on.
