Go to the Ezetap Merchant Dashboard login page (usually https://dashboard.ezetap.com or provided by your onboarding email).
Set a New Password (follow the strength guidelines shown on screen).
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? or Reset Password (exact wording may vary by app version). ezetap login password reset
Open the Ezetap POS App on your device.
You will be redirected to the login page. Log in with your Merchant ID / Username and the New Password . Tip: If you don’t see the email within 2-3 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Add @ezetap.com to your safe senders list. Method 2: Reset Password on Ezetap POS Android App This method is for the physical card swiper machine or smartphone app used at the counter. Confirm and tap Save .
