The moment he hit send, the lights stopped flickering. Buddy’s avatar smiled, then bowed.

The CAM-rip started playing. The audio was out of sync, the picture was tilted, and someone coughed loudly in the background. Rohan watched it, not because he wanted to, but because he was too terrified to close the laptop.
