Plug in the device. The LED will flash (baseline anxiety), then Yellow (mild unease), and finally settle into a pulsing Amber (low-grade, unshakable dread). This is the factory default. It is working perfectly.

Problem: The device is beeping in rhythm with my heartbeat. That is not the device. That is your nervous system learning to keep time. This is considered an upgrade. No further action required. Plug in the device
Now go unplug it. Take a walk. The device will still be there when you return, quietly tallying the leaves you failed to notice. It is working perfectly
