One day, Damini's life takes a dramatic turn when she witnesses a crime committed by her husband and his friends. The victim, a young woman named Meera, is brutally murdered, and Damini is determined to seek justice for her.

As Damini delves deeper into the investigation, she faces numerous challenges and obstacles, including threats from her husband and his associates. However, she remains resolute in her pursuit of justice and eventually, with the help of a few sympathetic individuals, she is able to bring the perpetrators to justice.

The film tells the story of Damini (played by Sridevi), a young and innocent woman who is married to a wealthy businessman, Raj (played by Rameshwaran Iyer). However, their marriage is troubled, and Damini is subjected to physical and emotional abuse by her husband and in-laws.
