Ni Efren Abueg | Buod Ng Kwentong Saranggola

Nang sumali ang bata sa paligsahan ng saranggola, hindi siya ang nanalo sa ganda o laki, ngunit ang kanyang saranggola ay isa sa pinakamatagal na lumipad. Sa huli, napagtanto ng bata na ang tunay na halaga ng saranggola ay hindi nasusukat sa materyal na anyo nito, kundi sa pagmamahal at oras na inilaan ng kanyang ama.

Ang “Saranggola” ay isang maikling kwento ni Efren Abueg, isang kilalang manunulat na Filipino. Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons shredded cheddar
Four mounds of shredded cheese on parchment paper.

Place four mounds of cheese on parchment (not wax) paper. Slightly flatten. Make sure they are 1-2 inches apart.
Placing the mounds of cheese in the microwave.

Place the parchment paper directly on the microwave glass tray.
The cheese crackers are ready inside the microwave.

Microwave the pieces on high for 1:30- 2 minutes until lacy and lightly browned. In my microwave, this takes 1:30 minutes.

Allow the crackers to cool for a few seconds, then peel them off the parchment.
Keto cheese crackers are served.

Blot the excess oil with a paper towel and serve alone or with a dip such as guacamole, salsa, or Greek yogurt dip.
