When Emile (a shy cinema worker) and Raoul (an eccentric scientist) sneak into a professor’s garden to deliver a growth serum, an unexpected explosion causes a tiny flea to mutate into a giant, human-sized insect. Terrified, the flea hides in the Montmartre district, where he befriends Lucille, a charismatic cabaret singer. She names him “Francoeur” and discovers his extraordinary talent for music.
